Lorena Olivas

Lorena Olivas
Manager, Growth Initiatives


Lorena joined Osaic in 2019. In her current role, Lorena identifies opportunities to facilitate access to capital for advisors and their clients. Most recently, she managed the development of Osaic’s working capital line of credit, Capital Credit Line, expanding the solutions available for Osaic advisors to grow enterprise value. Lorena also led the launch of Osaic’s digital lending marketplace, CapitalHub, strengthening advisors’ ability to provide holistic wealth management for their clients. In addition to developing new products, she works consultatively with advisors on the most effective ways to finance organic and inorganic growth.

Career Summary
Lorena has extensive experience in corporate finance including FP&A and M&A. In her previous roles at Osaic, Lorena supported the annual planning process and the successful delivery of the Ladenburg Thalmann integration.

Educational Background
Lorena holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Arizona.  Lorena has successfully completed the SIE and Series 6 exams.

Delaney Metcalf

SVP, Capital Solutions


Delaney has completed numerous corporate M&A deals to help grow the scale of the Osaic network. He’s worked in a variety of Business Development roles at Osaic, including Recruiting, Lending, and Corporate Development. In his current capacity, he works closely with internal and external parties to create debt and equity structures that support growth initiatives for Osaic’s financial professionals and their clients.

Career Summary
Delaney entered the financial services industry in 2012. He started his career at US Bank in a variety of business units, including Capital Markets, Mortgage Originations and Servicing. Prior to his current role, he was the Director of Corporate Development at Osaic.

Educational Background
Delaney holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas – Opus School of Business and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. He completed an Executive Development Program at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
